Historical Overview

The F M G Group is an innovative, new product development, manufacturer and marketing company. The company has been in the business of creative innovation and development of unique, original, proprietary design consumer products in multiple classifications for over 30 years.

The company's principal is an Industry Veteran, with a unique, diverse, new product development entrepreneurial skill set at creating new products and lines in multiple classifications, materials and categories of consumer products having created, owned and operated multiple small to medium size domestic manufacturing, packaging and assembly companies as well as import businesses in several hard goods industries. Some category examples are; housewares, homewares, plastics, foams, sponge, scrubber cleaning products , decorative accessories, wood products and several others.

The FMG - FOAMULATIONSTM Division – (The Foam Manufacturing Group), is a 100% domestic, Made in the USA company. The company has been in the Foam Sponge, and Scrubber business since 1992. The company has created hundreds of new consumer product foam items that are both unique, novel, fun and functional for the kitchen, bath, personal care, juvenile and household cleaning classifications.

FMG proprietary products that were created in the past, both in prior companies owned and operated by the principal, as well products created for consulting clients that were successfully marketed to the highest profile specialty chain store and mass market retailers. Product both under the company's own trade names and brands and private labeled for client customers. Many of thse items remain in distribution nationwide.

Client customers was a sister company consulting firm has consulted to houseware, homewares,gift and bathware client manufacturers, developing new product under their own proprietary brand names. Many of the items created remain in distribution by these client companies, all of which are confidential to the client and protected by non-disclosure agreements.

The company currently continues to develop products for both direct distribution by FMG as well consulting to client companies.

Potential New Business Opportunity For Foam Manufacturer, Suppliers

New Venture For 2011

We have been working on developing a new business model for 2011. This proposed venture will in essence create a vertical foam / porous plastic fabrication, and packaging business between the ARC-WOC and FMG to fabricate an extensive diverse product line of proprietary design consumer products designed, manufacturer, assembled, packaged marketed and distributed by FMG, utilizing the ARC for most labor functions.

We have been working on this business plan that will create an *arms length partnership with the ARC - WOC to reinvent, revitalize and reintroduce a dormant, warehoused foam company owned bu FMG. We will work with the ARC by contributing our business where -with -all, capital, talent and expertise to create a joint venture, arm length partnership opportunity for and with , a New Jersey State ARC-WOC, - Association of Retarded Citizens / Work Opportunity Center that. we have had a long standing, 20 year working relation.

The ARC is a non-profit organization in New Jersey providing services and support for individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and for their families. The 25,000 square foot facility is a fully equipped packaging and assembly facility .

When successfully implemented the business venture can assist in creating the environment and opportunity to create and maintain American jobs at this pressing time and will assist in developing a continuous line of products thus creating a self supporting, ongoing work load to employ up to 160 (+), people.that rely solely on the ARC - WOC for gainful employment, as well as on the job training in order to be able to find employment in the general workplace. And if in the event they cannot, have a place to go each day to to work and feel they are participating by being productive and part of society as well as earning some income.

Vendors , material suppliers will be selling directly to FMG, not the ARC.
